SUCCESS is operating at the airport inside the room where Ukrainians will do their immigration. They should go to the desk marked « CANN » & they can get a voucher for a hotel & meals. (if people are arriving from within Canada & have already received hotel vouchers then they will not get additional).
The kiosk is open *inside* the immigration area from 8 am to 10 pm. They also have another kiosk *outside* near the airport exit next to Tim Horton’s that is open until 11:30 pm. Processing takes 2-3 hours. It also depends what airline, time & arrival from what airport.
