The Help Ukraine Vancouver Island Society is a volunteer-led organization supporting displaced Ukrainians across Vancouver Island. Together with partner agencies, we direct and assist displaced Ukrainians in creating decent and safe new lives for themselves and their families.

We have over 600 amazing volunteers island-wide and we are grateful to each of them for their help. We are unable to list each one individually, but here are a few of our key people.
Thanks to a grant from the Government of British Columbia, we were able to hire 2 part-time staff effective December 5, 2022.
