Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) – Immigrant Welcome Centre
ICA’s Immigrant Welcome Centre team works with immigrants and refugees in the Capital Region to identify their settlement needs and help them use their strengths and available resources to meet their goals. Our services include family and individual support through our Settlement and Resettlement programs, language classes, support for youth and children in schools, employment and refugee assistance.

Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS)
The centre helps immigrants, refugees and new Canadian citizens, settle and adapt into new lives in Greater Victoria. VIRCS provides a wide range of services to its target group, assisting them with everything from settling in Victoria to finding a job.
