Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) – Immigrant Welcome Centre

ICA’s Immigrant Welcome Centre team works with immigrants and refugees in the Capital Region to identify their settlement needs and help them use their strengths and available resources to meet their goals. Our services include family and individual support through our Settlement and Resettlement programs, language classes, support for youth and children in schools, employment and refugee assistance.
