Expired and Expiring Passports
It is possible to extend passports by mail, but Ukrainians then need to reapply for visitors records and visas once again.
How to do this
2 months before expiry (not sooner):
- Send their passports with filled in docs (download it from the Ukrainian embassy web page), signed docs, and copies of kid’s birth certificates,
- Send by Xpresspost or purolator (courier) to embassy in Edmonton.
- Wait for a week and a half and get them back
